Wife, mama, entrepreneur, and luxury hair artist based in Burlington, Ontario. I’m the founder of Bubbles & Blow, your go-to destination for elevated blonding, extensions, and wedding glam.

With over a decade in the beauty industry, I’ve built a space where self-care meets serious style. I’m also proud to be an educator for Covet & Mane and Balmain Hair Couture, helping other stylists level up their craft across Canada and beyond.

Whether I’m behind the chair creating dream hair, mentoring up-and-coming stylists, or planning glam squads for your big day—you can always count on me to bring a little extra sparkle (and a lot of dry shampoo).

Hi, I’m Victoria! I’m a hairstylist who’s all about creating bright, effortless colour and hair that looks and feels amazing.

I specialize in lived-in colour, seamless hair extensions, and long, layered haircuts that grow out like a dream. Whether you're going brighter, softer, or fuller—I’m here to help you love your hair more than ever.

My happy place? Custom-blending the perfect blonde and creating looks that feel natural, low-maintenance, and luxe.

My not-so-happy place? Pixie cuts and short styles. If it’s not flowing past your shoulders, it’s probably not my vibe—but I’m always happy to refer you to someone who lives for it!

I’m all about good hair, good chats, and helping you feel like your best self every time you leave my chair.

Katie Flynn

Meet Katie – Stylist & Blonde Specialist.

With over five years behind the chair, Katie brings passion, creativity, and an effortless touch of glam to every guest she works with. Her love for blonding, balayage, and formal styling started at a young age - long before she ever picked up a professional brush - watching endless YouTube tutorials and perfecting her craft on friends whenever she could.

Today, she’s known for creating soft, sun-kissed hues and timeless, romantic looks that make clients feel instantly confident. When she’s not in the salon, you can usually find her wandering the aisles of Homesense (with a latte in hand, of course!) or taking her pup for long walks along the Burlington Waterfront.

Bella Bonacci

Hi, I’m Bella! I’m an apprentice at Bubbles & Blow, and I’ve been part of the team since October—soaking up all the knowledge and hands-on experience I can!

I’m passionate about blonding, styling, and seamless extensions, and love creating soft, timeless looks that enhance your natural beauty. I’m all about those lived-in finishes and effortless vibes that grow out beautifully.

While short or edgy cuts aren’t really my thing, I specialize in longer, feminine styles that feel polished and personal.

I’m so excited to keep growing in this industry and can’t wait to see where this journey takes me—one beautiful head of hair at a time.
