To enjoy your salon experience to the fullest, please observe the code of conduct to ensure your satisfaction, comfort and safety, as well as that of others.
Customer Satisfaction:
Your satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not satisfied with your service, please kindly let us know within 7 days of your service.
Gratuity:
Our machine does not prompt a tipping option. We will not ask for a gratuity, however if you would like to leave a tip, please let us know and we can manually add it into our system.
Right to refuse a service:
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue a service to anyone demonstrating behaviour that is disruptive to others or the salon atmosphere.
Prices:
Prices are subject to change, prices listed on our website are starting prices per service and depend on length of hair, amount of product and time needed to complete the service.
Children:
To ensure the safety of children and the enjoyment of all guests, we ask that parents/ guardians find alternate care for the children during the time of the service.
Payment/ deposits:
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Debit, American Express or exact cash. A credit card is required to hold all appointments (If you book online, it will ask for your card number. If you book through phone, email, text or social media, a credit card link to store the information will be sent via text message).
Tardiness:
Tardiness has a negative impact on the salon, staff and other clients experiences. If you are within 15 minutes of your scheduled start time, the appointment will start, however, if it is past the 15 minute mark, your appointment will be charged in full and you will be asked to reschedule.
Cancellations:
A credit card is required to reserve all appointments. We require a 48 hour notice for all cancelations. Anything after this time will be charged 50% of the scheduled services.
No Show:
The card on file will be charged the full amount for the services missed if you do not show up or give notice to your scheduled appointment.
Privacy:
We respect the privacy of our guests, it is our policy that we will not sell, rent or loan any client information to third party for email, direct marketing or other purposes.
Our system to store credit cards on file is secure and we will not use the card on file other than for violating the cancelation policy/ no show/ late appointment. You will be sent by email the copy of receipt.
